Shipping Method

All items are delivered from Los Angeles, and Shipping & Handling charge is calculated based on your shipping address. If your shipping address falls in US contiguous 48 states, your order will be delivered by UPS service. Otherwise, you need to choose 'Special Shipping' when order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rate for US 48 contiguous states is based on UPS Zone table. Rate for other shipping method is calculated after order, and added to your order at times of shipping.

· Mailbox Rental Services such as Mailboxes Etc. or UPS Store

1. Please notify OnsaleHandbag.com for the manufacture defect item within 7 days of your receipt of the product with the invoice number.
2. Please do not alter products to disguise as a manufacture defect item. We do not accept the product that is not originally broken when delivered. We will give you a store credit for your defect items in 7 business days of receipt with the same model. If that item is not in stock, you will get a substitution item for the store credit.
3. Please check your order thoroughly when you receive it. To make us put a claim on it with UPS when any item(s) is missing, leave the package and contents as is and contact us immediately.
4. Please return defective items within 30 days of your receipt of the product. We are not able to exchange defective item(s) after 30 days. OnsaleHandbag.com, Inc. also will not accept return for defective items without invoice. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
5. We have the right to charge customers the shipping charges incurred including any restocking fees, if the package is returned to us in any case. Balance will be charged to the credit card on file. If balance is unpaid, appropriate actions will be taken to retrieve full payment of balance which includes but not limited to: Collection Agencies, Legal Services.
6. Final approval of any return is based upon receipt and inspection, by OnsaleHandbag.com, Inc. of the product.
7. NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS! ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
